DXD-180DJ Automatic Horizontal Pouch Packing Machine
1. Introduction
DXD-180DJ Automatic horizontal pouches packing machine consists of motor film release, bag forming, bag bottom sealing, vertical sealing, servo bag pulling, shearing, bag opening inspection, bag opening filling, bag transfer, bag dusting and dust removal, bag top sealing and other mechanisms. The coordinated action of each mechanism is completed by the cam on the main shaft driven by the motor, and the position signal is feedback by the encoder on the main shaft under the programmable control of PLC. The main machine adopts standard stripe sealing, and the filling device can be replaced to realize the automatic filling of various materials such as powder, granule, suspending agent, emulsion, water agent and so on. The whole machine is made of SUS304, which has good anti-corrosion effect on highly corrosive materials. Toughened glass cover prevents dust leakage, which is more environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

3. Features
3.1. An independent film detection device is placed in front of the film pulling device to reduce errors.
3.2. New film tensioning mechanism:Add a side film tensioning mechanism to make it more stable.
3.3. Servo bag pulling system:The direct connection of the servo motor reduces the film gap error, and the bag width adjustment can be completed with one-key input on the touch screen, resulting in less packaging material loss.
3.4. The vertical sealing is fast and easy to tear, and the easy-tearing part is adjusted by a handwheel. No tools are needed to switch specifications, which is quick and convenient.
3.5. Dust bag dust removal: Dust bag dust removal function, motor drive sweeps away dust, solves the problem of dust adsorption at the bag mouth, and ensures the success rate of sealing.
3.6. The main parts are made of high-quality metal materials, with better wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
